Georgia O'Keeffe: Circling Around Abstraction May 28, 2007

This exhibition features approximately 60 works that explore Georgia O'Keeffe's consistent use of circular forms during the more than seven decades she was active as an artist. She used the circle and its kin, the ellipse, the oval, and the arcing line, to explore the shifting terrain between abstraction and representation and create a new and highly personal imagery.
