**SUNDAY SHIFT**

We’ve got tons of organizations and events that support the tech community, but few that support OUR community. Geeks doing good is a group that encourages members of the tech community to volunteer together for local causes. Did you know that 150,000 San Franciscans are at risk of hunger each day? Or that between 3,000 and 5,000 of your fellow citizens are homeless. Fail.

Help us make a difference this month at St. Vincent de Paul where we will be preparing meals for the homeless and helping organize and clean the shelter. RSVP here to volunteer for the Sunday (March 2nd) shift from 10-4 or click here to volunteer for the Saturday shift (March 1st) from 10-4. There will be an hour break for lunch around 1 so that we can eat and get to know each other.
**This is a no-flake situation, so please wait to RSVP until you can say with 100% certainty that you will be there. The food bank is counting on a specific number of volunteers and we want to deliver!

If you can’t be there please consider making a donation to St. Vincent de Paul to help them feed, clothe, shelter, and nurse the homeless, abused, and low income people in San Francisco.

Thanks for taking the time to check out the event and hopefully we'll see you there!
