Garioch 10k and Fun Run April 12, 2008

Sponsored by Specsavers and organised by the Garioch 10k Committee, the run starts and finishes at the Garioch Sports Centre.

It is both a challenging run for the runner and an achievable target for people who have just started running. The day promises to be a real family event and has now become an annual event in Inverurie's sports calendar.

The 10k commences at 11.30am and everyone who completes the run will receive a medal, T-Shirt and goody bag.

A Fun Run, sponsored by Minto, will also be organised for children so that the whole family can participate. This will be split into 5 age categories and starts at 10.30am and all children who compete will receive a medal and a goody bag.

Entry forms for both the 10k and Fun Run are available from the Garioch Sports Centre or dowloaded from their website. The closing date for entries is 31 March.
