> All organic instruments, are welcome. We will rhythmically entrain with
> each other,find our connection through the heartbeat . At our August circle we learnt the ins and outs of a few harvest rhythms and had great fun entraining and working with each other. The african drums in particular helps us balance
> right and left brain functions.
> Find your dance and dance as if nobody is watching you!!!!!!
> Align yourself with your inner rhythms!!!!!
> Dance with your creativity!!!!
> Drum til the cows come home!
> What to bring:
> Your dancing feet, instruments, journals, sketch pads, scarves, dancing
> belts, yoga mats, or a pillow in case you simply want to lay on the grass
> and have the rhythm and sounds dance through your body.
