This half term, come to Audley End and watch Mrs Crocombe - Audley End's resident cook - make the most of the hunting season with her amazing recipes. Visitors can see the entire process of gaming, from the sky to the skillet as our falconers provide you with incredible arena displays that will teach you about the Victorian art of hunting and our cooks will show you how it would have been prepared. There promises to be more feathers and fur than ever before!
