Owens' works shown in this exhibition are acrylic paintings on wood boxes. Here she focuses on striking monochromatic portraits of African Americans from 1900. This series received a very favorable review from Kevin Nance, art critic for the Chicago Sun-Times, recommending her work and acclaiming her ability to paint the "haunted, haunting" figures in another exhibition of this series...

Lucas presents a range of fine art prints on ceramics and other materials.

Art collecting questions will be touched on as well.
