Funktion is a Kalamazoo-based outfit that specializes in all branches of funk but isn't afraid to cross genres, resulting in an eclectic sound and lively concerts. The seven-member band is made up of drummer "Spoony Love" (Sean Reisig), guitarist "Piggy" (Andrew Briggs), vocalist "Schrockalicious" (Andrew Schrock), trumpeter "Trademark" (Terrence Massey), bassist "The Real Deal" (Neal Conway), percussionist "Brotha James" (Jeremy Reisig) and keyboardist "Hughmongus."
