Fundamentals of Raising Capital for New Ventures September 19, 2006

This highly interactive workshop gives an introduction to the fundamentals of raising capital and it is designed for business people in the early stage of their venture. You will get a closer look at the nature of debt and equity, possible sources of financial means, banks and venture capital. You will hear about the factors to consider and the pitfalls to avoid.

The facilitator next week is Peter Krutina; he has worked in several financial institutions and has profound knowledge in corporate finance and financial markets. He works as lecturer and consultant in the financial markets service industry and portfolio management.
