Fun, 2, 3, 4: All About A Number of Things April 12, 2007

Just how much fun can counting, measuring, graphing and estimating be? Lots - when you discover that math is the key to solving fun challenges. Can you or your friend come closest to holding a button down for exactly 15 seconds? How often can you roll a ball straight into the center lane of the Super Bowl table? How could you double your allowance in 12 weeks? Can you spot the one small black bead among one million multi-colored ones? How many of your feet long is a dinosaur? How many of your hands high is a horse? 'Fun, 2, 3, 4,' was developed by Sciencenter in Ithaca, New York with funding from the National Science Foundation. Local presentation is funded in part by the City of Austin through the Cultural Arts Division and by a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts.
