Acclaimed Chinese lecturer and Fulbright Scholar will visit PCC Rock Creek Wednesday, April 21, 10-11:30am, to discuss the topic “Sino-U.S. Relations in Competition and Cooperation.”

Dr. Hao Tang, Fulbright Scholar in Residence at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va., will explore the benefits and issues surrounding cooperation and competition between the United States and China.
