This intimate Front Room exhibition features nine works by Franz Kline (1910-62), one of the most influential Abstract Expressionist painters. On display are two paintings, 'Green Cross' (1956) and 'Tragedy' (1961), and two works on paper that are important examples of Kline's exploration of color, as well as several studies for major paintings.

I have a very large oil on canvess that I believe was painted by Franz Kline. It unsigned, but is simular to some of his other works, including the one on the United States Postal Service stamp.

It's also very simular to the one at the Museum of Art in Boston. No one will take a look at it, which is typical of the art establishment.

Please contact me if you think you can help me.

Sincerely,

James F. Harrington
