Event: From London to Moscow: New Faces, Old Alliances brings together a group of distinguished experts and Council members to explore the effects of changing leadership, EU expansion and the future of the transatlantic relationship. Discussions will critically analyze the internal and external effects of shifts in Europe, Russia and the United States and their impact on foreign policy options and the global agenda.
