From Feathers to Feast October 21, 2007

Learn all about the life of chickens on a working organic, free-range farm. Learn how flocks are cared for, how they are butchered and how to prepare them for food. This workshop will offer poultry eaters a deeper connection to the food they consume. Participants will go home with their own ready-to-cook chicken.
