45 Blood Alley
Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 1C7

Through our friends at Dovre Imports and Food Match, there are a slew of new olives and antipasto products coming into the Vancouver market that we're quite excited about. Food Match have an intimate relationship with the farmers who grow their product and are very hands-on in the agricultural processes involved. Along with French, Italian and Spanish artisan cheeses, we will be presenting beautiful styles of Nicoise, Kalamata, Lucque, Picholine olives and more with Bruscetta, Peppadews, etc.

We have local food media and personalities in attendance for the evening as these products are generating a lot of local buzz, but we've left open a very small amount of seats so Salt fans can get to enjoy an introduction as well. Guests will be guided through the farming practices and explore what makes these great products unique.

We will also be presenting a flight of Farmstead Wines to accompany your food. Farmstead Wines connects you to artisan farmers who make rare, handcrafted wines of sustainable provenance. Farmstead's founder Anthony Nicalo will be in attendance to share and discuss his wines.

This will be a casual Salt Cellar evening, and we hope to see you here!

Tickets are only $25, which includes all wine, food, taxes & gratuity.
