Friday Seminar, Shabu, Sushi and Sake! July 9, 2010

TY KU Launches Utah this weekend and will be show cased on Friday at the Seminar, Sky Hotel for the restaurant walk and the Grand Tasting on Saturday!!!!

If you’re in Utah you need to get tickets to this event! For $55 you will be guided through a Sake tasting by TY KU’s very own Michele O’Dell, as well as discover the art of sushi-making with Shabu’s executive chef Kevin Valaika. You can expect to cover topics such as raw fish, how to cut, present and make perfectly sticky rice!!
