French Wine Class: Bordeaux and Loire May 30, 2007

Discover Bordeaux and its 57 appellations. We will talk about right and left bank as well as the different classification. The Loire valley is home to several Bordeaux varietals such as sauvignon blanc and cabernet franc. We will discover how these deliver different flavors and aromas when associated with different terroirs. Appetizers and hors d’oeuvre will be served at the end of the tasting. We will taste 8 wines.
