FREE Women's Personal Protection class June 1, 2009

You are invited to attend a very powerful and empowering seminar in Women's Self-Defense being sponsored by Rejuvenations Professional Massage, LLC of Stratham, NH 603.775.7855.
This class is FREE, but registration is required as we have a class limit of 30.
Women, and girls age 10+, can learn to protect themselves using simple and powerful techniques in this class which are also very easy to remember. The class will finish with applying these techniques full-contact against a live mock attacker in a fully padded suit of armor. Very realistic, very fun, and very empowering.
You are welcome to bring your friends and invite your coworkers, but remember to register here to save a space.
Donations to 'A Safe Place', a shelter for victims of domestice violence, are not required, but very much appreciated and accepted here when you register or may be made directly through their website at www.asafeplacenh.org.
