Free Training Course on Pranahuti Aided Meditation December 3, 2010

A free two-day training programme on Pranahuti Aided Meditation will be conducted by Institute of Sri Ramchandra Consciousness (ISRC) at Valasaravakkam, Chennai. Course will be held on Saturday (04-Dec-10) and Sunday (05-Dec-10) between 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Objectives of ISRC are:

- To promote universal harmony.
- To promote fraternity.
- To enable individual growth in all aspects of life.
- To realise the meaning of human existence.

The key topics scheduled to be covered in the two day training programme include Spiritual Way of Living, Meditation Practices, Concentration and Control of Mind, Pranahuti and Stages of Spiritual Progress. The programme is followed by 4 practical sessions of Meditation. The Institute will conduct the programme in English at free of cost.
