The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival celebrates the 30th Anniversary of Free Shakespeare in the Park with a production of 'Henry V,' the exciting tale of a young king's rise and the glories and costs of war. Performances take place in Cupertino's Memorial Park Amphitheatre, located at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue. Shows begin July 21 and continue through August 5, 2012. Performances take place on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:30 p.m., and Friday July 27 and August 3 also at 7:30 p.m. No tickets or reservations are needed for these complimentary shows. Bring your family, friends, a blanket, and a picnic to enjoy professional theater at no charge!

Follow the young King Henry V as he struggles to reconcile his rowdy past with his present status on the throne. It is a tale of betrayal, friendship and intrigue, all under the dark shadow of war with France. "Once more unto the breach, dear friends ...."

This is the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival's 30th season of providing Free Shakespeare in the Park. "Free Shakespeare in the Park has become a highly anticipated summer tradition and we're proud to be such a beloved tradition in the community," says Toby Leavitt, Executive Director of San Francisco Shakespeare Festival. "This summer's show has elements that will delight audiences of all ages and we look forward to seeing newcomers as well as long-time fans in the park."
