Mount Hood National Forest
Portland, Oregon

Oregon Wild invites you to join naturalist Wendell Wood for a FREE
day-long Mushroom and Native Plant ID workshop in the Mount Hood
National Forest. We have just a few spots left on these two outings:

Monday, October 22 - Eagle Creek (Clackamas, not Columbia River Gorge).
Hike through old-growth forests along the western end of the
Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness as you learn to identify the area's native
plants and mushrooms.

Wednesday, October 24 - Herman Creek in the Columbia River Gorge.
Explore rare old-growth groves along Herman Creek as you learn to
identify the area's native plants and mushrooms.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required. One workshop per
person. Please sign up only if you are able to attend the next day
should there be significant rain the day of the event. Note that the
purpose of these outings is plant identification and that mushrooms will
not be gathered.
