The day before the large rally on the 17th (US Courthouse, 6th & Market Street) that will hear oral arguments for Mumia to either be given a new trial or be given the death penalty once and for all it seems we will be doing a show to support him. We are doing thus to support all political prisoners and to make our presence known the people of Philadelphia. We always make sure to support our brother Mumia who was convicted by a racist judicial system and by a fixed trial. The murder of a police officer who works in the line of duty is a terrible thing, but to condemn an innocent man of the crime and tamper with evidence, violently suppress and intimidate witnesses is no less of a crime. Especially, when this crime is perpetrated by elements of the Justice System itself.
