Free Movies on the Plaza August 9, 2012

Movies on the Plaza is a free, family-friendly event sponsored by Brickell World Plaza each month.

This month Brickell World Plaza presents The Muppets. When Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, and friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) discover the wicked plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater, they help Kermit reunite the Muppets to stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater.

When: Thursday, August 9, 2012, starting at 8 p.m.

Cost: Admission is free. Parking is free in the surface lot. Chair rentals are available.

Details: Bring dinner. Bring snacks. Coolers are allowed, but please, no glass or bottles. Movies nights are subject to favorable weather conditions.
