Free Meditation Classes March 24, 2009

We are conducting Free Meditation Classes at the Plainsboro Public Library in Public Interest for residents of New Jersey. This is a 1 day program held on 24th of February 10th 2009. The program is open to all, free of cost for the participants, and is run on a volunteer basis by the trainers of Shri Ram Chandra Mission (SRCM).

SRCM is a non-profit organization with a presence in 90 countries and has been engaged in teaching Raja Yoga meditation since 1945. This meditation system is offered free of cost worldwide, and is effectively practiced by individuals of diverse nationalities, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds. SRCM is also affiliated to the United Nations with common goals of Human Integration and promoting universal love and peace.
