FREE kidney health risk assessments:
• Attendees will receive a kidney health risk assessment that includes blood pressure and body mass index measurement, a brief family health questionnaire and educational handouts. Results of the assessment will be reviewed on-site by a doctor or nurse.
• Registered dietitians will be on-hand to answer questions about diet and exercise that help keep the kidneys and whole body healthy.
