Free “Intro to Energy Healing and Energy Hygiene” class November 30th,

Considering the state of our health care system and our economy, we need all the help we can get to support our healing and to maintain our good health. Often referred to as “acupuncture without needles,” Energy Healing is an effective tool for treating ailments and preventing illness that is easy to learn, easy to apply, and best of all is portable and can be used anytime, any place.

PNW Pranic Healing offers an in-depth Introduction to Energy Healing / Energy Hygiene on November 30th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Oregon School of Massage, 9500 SW Barbur Blvd. Suite 100, in Portland. This introductory class is designed for those who are interested in learning how to develop their own innate skills to assist the healing process for themselves, their family, friends and pets; as well as develop an awareness of Energy Hygiene. This class provides participants with the tools to treat common first aid ailments such as cuts, scrapes and burns, as well as provides a foundation for higher level coursework.

Pranic Healing is a no-touch healing technique that offers specific, tested, step-by-step procedures for treating ailments and preventing illness. It complements Western medicine as well as other healing modalities. Pranic Healing can help people heal from physical ailments (both chronic and acute) as well as help in balancing the emotional and psychological aspects of a person’s wellbeing, which can help reduce stress, phobias and alleviate addictions. Pranic Healing has now been taught and practiced in more than 85 countries, from the cancer hospitals in India to Kaiser Medical Center in Los Angeles and Portland.
“Prana” is a Sanskrit word that means “life-force.” It is the vital energy which keeps the body alive and healthy. Pranic Healing teaches the basics of energy anatomy – students learn the basics of working with their energy aura, including learning to "scan," or feel the energy, to "sweep," or clean away congested energy, and to "energize," or supplement areas in their aura that have a pranic deficiency. Students begin by learning to activate the energy centers, or "chakras," in the center of their hands. This enables them to become sensitive to prana and scan a person's energy field to identify blockages and then cleanse, energize and revitalize the area with new prana.
