Rides start and end in Shockoe Slip at the fountain at 13th and E. Cary Streets, 6pm-10pm
Clip-Clop Clip-Clop – the sound of horses’ hooves on the cobblestones, jingle bells ringing, the holidays are here in Richmond’s historic River District.
