I run 10-week 'geek-friendly' yoga courses for both beginners and those with some experience. Mon and Thu at Brighton Media Centre, 6pm-7.15pm, and Wed at The Skiff, 5.45pm-7pm. Next courses start w/c July 13. £60 for one course, £100 for two - that's just £5 per class!
