Free Electronics Recycling Event By LA Philharmonics Green Team April 17, 2012

Spring is here!!!

Time to Start cleaning out your home garage, storage, and offices and start boxing up all your e-waste. Bring them over and dispose of them here at the Music Center. We will have large boxes out at the Hope Street side of the Music Center Plaza next to the valet area. Drop off your e-waste any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and receive a Green Team Grocery Bag for every item you bring in (while supplies last).
What is E-Waste? Anything electronic or for electronics, like your un-wanted computers, printers, line or cell phones, DVD’s, TV’s, microwaves, even your cassette tapes, CD’s, anything with a cord, etc. with the exception of large appliances like refrigerators, washers and dryers.
See how compost is processed and learn how to make your own compost at home, a free compost sample will be given out, compliments of Athens our waste and recycling Contractor.
OR JUST JOIN US FOR LUNCH!! Patina Group will be offering a $5.00 combo meal through the great and delicious Tina’s Tacos!!
What a wonderful way to be out and enjoy the outdoors and have lunch with our colleagues.



Our vendor(s) will be out there from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Some of our vendors will provide sample gifts (while supplies last) to give for those that attend.



We will also have a table with recyclable office supplies for you to take and use at home or office.
