Learn to pair the right wine when you dine with the help of culinary experts Andrea Robinson and Takashi Yagihashi. Our Culinary Council Chef and Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson will pour forth a lesson on the basics of proper food and wine partners using her new stemware collection “The One”TM which was created to take the guesswork out of choosing the proper wine glass. Also, Culinary Council Chef and restaurateur Takashi Yagihashi will demonstrate how to entertain using seasonal ingredients. Following the cooking demonstration, Andrea will be available to meet and greet customers and sign copies of cookbook purchases made the day of the event. Andrea’s latest cookbook, Great Wine Made Simple, will be available for purchase the day of the event. Customers making a purchase of The OneTM stemware the day of the event will receive a complimentary copy of Andrea’s 2010 Wine Buying Guide for Everyone.
