The 45-minute Boot Camp Workout (9:30 - 10:00 am) will be taught by inSHAPE founder and head trainer, Jillian Redfern. She will guide you through various exercises, using your body weight and a few props, that are designed to get your heart rate going, boost your metabolism, and work all major muscle groups. Whether you come from a busy morning at home, running errands, or dropping off the kids, you'll finish the class feeling exhilarated.

After the boot camp, stretching and some light refreshments, we will begin the Nutritional Workshop (10:30- 11:30 am). During this hour, Meade Fogel, inSHAPE's Nutritionist will help you learn more about healthy eating habits for your busy lives. She will give you insight into which foods make the most sense for better energy, how to make the most of left-overs, and help you understand the quality of pre-made and fast-food options for breakfasts, snacking, and "on the GO" meals. At the end, she'll answer all of your nutrition-related questions and provide you with some valuable tips to take home for your family.
