FREE Admission Day at Habitot - Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) Event November 2, 2006

Back by popular demand, Enrique Martinez will demonstrate the art of papel picado from 10:00 am to noon. Children can make their own papel picado and paper marigolds in the Art Studio throughout the day. Also from 10:30-11:30 am, children will enjoy decorating sugar skulls, a traditional craft in Dia de los Muertos celebrations. From 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Rafael Manriquez will perform Mexican folk music. Mexican treats at 2:45pm.
