New York's Laurence Miller Gallery presents the color photographs of Canadian Fred Herzog. Herzog's work, photographs that were mostly taken in Vancouver, is best described as a time capsule or treasure trove. This will be his first solo exhibition in the U.S. Perfectly composed and atmospheric, Herzog's pictures of people and places, captured in the 1950s and 1960s, remind us of a period of transition and hope, and a move toward the modern era.
