The purpose of this seminar is to educate prospective franchisees on the characteristics of franchise buying. In becoming educated, potential franchise buyers are empowered to pursue quality franchises and negotiate balanced purchase agreements. We will discuss the 23 points on the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), what to look for and what to watch out for.
