Four Winds Tribe, Louisiana Cherokee Confederacy cordially invites everyone to attend the 10th annual Pow Wow this year and learn more about our Cherokee Culture and History. We will have vender of Native American Arts and Crafts and great food and fellowship.Please bring your lawn chairs and we know you will enjoy our Pow Wow.Always held on the fourth weekend in October.Vendors are invited for more information please call Jackie Womack at (337)825-8641 or email:[email protected]. This is an Alcohol and Drug FREE event.Four Winds Tribe website: www.fourwindscherokee.com, Ground Dancing will begin Saturday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Grand Entry will follow 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Ground Dancing Sunday 11a.m. followed by the Grand Entry at 1 p.m. Serevral different Indian Nations will be represented including Houma, Apache Choctaw, Cherokee, Tunica Biloxi, Alabama Coushatta and others.
