Founding Families of Albuquerque April 18, 2006

The Corrales Historical Society Speakers Series:

Learn about the founding families of Albuquerque as the authors of the forthcoming book, Aquí se Comíenza - A Genealogical History of the Founding Families of La Villa de San Felipe de Alburquerque, tell the tales of the people who started it all, men and women, from the first Mayor to the soldiers to the priests who settled here.

The book is a project of the New Mexico Genealogical Society and the talk will be given by a passionate group of genealogists and who, themselves, have deep family roots in New Mexico.

Free and open to the public. Take the Alameda exit (West) from I-25. From the intersection of Alameda Rd (NM 528) and Corrales Rd. (NM 448), go north for 3 miles to Old Church Rd, turn left (west) and proceed 0.3 miles to the Old Church.
