The Homeownership Center invites you to our FREE foreclosure prevention seminar with the Village of Maywood; so that we can help you stay in the home of your dreams:

March 18th 2010
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Maywood Park District Building
200 S. 5th Ave.

This event is open to anyone in the Cook County region.

You will have an opportunity to hear from a Loan Officer, Lawyer, and Realtor to get professional advice on how to stay in your home. You will be able to set up one on one appointments to discuss in private your loan terms, receive options for getting a loan modification, and reduce your risk of foreclosure.

The Homeownership Centers staff is trained to speak to your lender on your behalf, for FREE, and will be on hand to answer questions. Learn the options that are available to you!

The Foreclosure Prevention Seminar is sponsored by the Homeownership Center a HUD certified housing counseling agency and supported by the Village of Maywood, Cook County, and IHDA.
