Foreclosure Fundamentals 3-hour CE ClassThis course looks at both new construction REO properties and resale inspection issues. We will discuss Certificates of Occupancy, common builder oversights, and inspection issues related to vacant new construction properties. The course examines what happens when major systems of the home have not been properly maintained for extended periods of time, home warranty issues with foreclosed properties and the best ways to prevent your client's claims from being denied.
