Forecast Music Concert: Words & Music April 22, 2006

Brooklyn based new music group Forecast Music presents Words and Music a semi-annual concert event featuring vocal works by living composers Sunday, April 22, 2006 at 8pm, at The Dorothy Jones Theater, 49 West 24th Street, New York, NY 10010, $10 at the door. This years concert features Lewis Spratlan, winner of the Pulitzer prize in music; Libby Larsen, one of the most frequently performed American composers; multi-disciplinary performance artist JoAnne Maffia; and resident Forecast composers James Barry and Eric Schwartz. Guest artists, sopranos Amy Barton, Rachel Cobb and Patricia Sonego will be joined by members of Forecast Music.
