Foraging September 30, 2011

We’ve teamed up with local forager Raoul Van Den Broucke to offer fantastic foraging trips around the Forest and Wye Valley.

Raoul supplies the hotel with local produce and has featured on TV’s The Wild Gourmet programme and numerous newspaper and magazine articles. The crop depends on season, location etc and ranges from a wide variety of edible and useful herbs and mushrooms. Guests returning from trips can have their collection cooked for lunch by our kitchen.
