This intensive Saturday workshop series is tailored to new food entrepreneurs who have a great specialty food idea but aren't sure what the next step is. For later-stage established food businesses, there will be opportunities to improve their skills in key areas of food marketing and sales. Participants learn experientially through classroom interaction.
