Food and Wine Classic in Aspen June 12, 2008

Hen of the Wood is proud to announce that our Executive Chef and owner, Eric Warnstedt, has been named by Food & Wine Magazine 10 Best New Chefs! The issue is due out in July 2008. He will also be a featured chef at the Food & Wine Festival in Aspen in June.
