The Fondue Monks is a Texas based band that has been together for over twelve years with all the same members. Their music has been described as a mixture of several styles and has been coined as Texas eclectic gumbo. Members feature brothers Zamoran who make up the rhythm section, guitar by Steve Olson and lead vocals come from front man Denver Courtney.
