Pablo Mayor's Folklore Urbano is leading the Nueva Colombia movement, a modern take on Colombian folkloric music. Gil, Cartas & Tuey is made up of musicians from Cuba, Mexico, and the US. They perform a soulful mix of flamenco, Cuban son, tango, bluegrass, bossa nova, Mexican folk, gypsy jazz, blues and classical music that is sure to get your heart rate up a few notches.
