Folk by the Oak, the bite sized acoustic music festival, is returning to the leafy grounds of Hatfield Park in Hertfordshire for its fourth year on Sunday 24 July 2011 with another smasher of a line-up.

Featuring: Seth Lakeman / Show of Hands / Drever, McCusker, Woomble with Heidi Talbot / Bella Hardy / Adrian Edmondson and the Bad Shepherds / Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman / Tyde.

It’s a relaxed sort of affair; the organisers are happy for you to bring your own food and drink along, and it’s a comfy leafy site with one main stage so you can pick a grassy spot for the day and kick back.

And as well as a stellar line-up there will be all the usual stalls and activities to enjoy between sets, including a craft tent, workshops, children’s activities, storytelling, circus skills, real ale bar, music stalls, recycled gifts and delicious food.
