'Foundation Only' is a three-day course with the Foundation paper taken on the
afternoon of the third day. The course is designed to provide you with
a working understanding of structured project management as presented
in PRINCE2, to a level where you can use it to manage a project and
pass the APMG PRINCE2 Foundation examination. Successful delegates will gain certification at PRINCE2 Foundation level.
You will learn:

The principles of the PRINCE2 project management method
How to start, control and close
projects
How to manage quality
How to manage risk
How to deliver projects on time,
within budget and to the
specified business case

Topics covered:

The eight PRINCE2 processes, and how they are used throughout the life cycle of a project
Components - identifying each component of a PRINCE2 project, and how it supports Project, Risk and Quality Management
Exam preparation review of key exam topics; how to answer; mock exams marked by the trainer; and personal feedback for each delegate

The course price includes all pre-course reading, course materials, the PRINCE2 manual, examination fees, training fees, snacks and lunches.
Each course is Mon-Wed, from 9am - 5pm with homework assignments each evening.
