Are sustainable food practices important to you? We need your help for a very important national study! Chefs who already have a commitment to sustainable food practices are invited to participate in a focus group conducted by Dr. Scarlett Wesley of the University of Kentucky. This is part of a national project of the Food Systems Initiative at the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture. Your participation will help Chefs Collaborative to better understand the ability of chefs, who are trend setters, to affect broader consumer trends and help us develop future programs. Please join us to talk about what motivates your sustainable food decisions. We promise an interesting, interactive discussion. Refreshments will be served.
