FLOW Wine Tasting and Fast Friending Party September 16, 2006

FLOW will come to life on Saturday September 16th at the Wicked Hop. Taste great wines pared with delicious appetizers while meeting new friends
with FLOW’s unique tasting/Fast Friending party format.

We will be tasting eight wines (4 red, 4 white) from the Wicked Hop's excellent wine list. Each wine will be paired with an appropriate appetizers and presented by Sarah, our wine expert from Purple Feet Wines. The appetizer menu includes: Veggie Wraps, Crab Cakes, Chevre on Crackers, Chicken Skewers, BBQ Riblets, Buffalo Wings, Seared Salmon Bites and Chili Lime Shrimp Cocktail.

The tasting list: Giovello Pinot Grigio, Lockwood Sauvignon Blanc, Lockwood Chardonnay, Perry Creek Viognier, Castle Rock Pinot Noir, Mitolo Jester Shiraz, Cartlidge & Browne Zinfandel, Rocking Horse Monte Rosso Zin and Hahn Estates Merlot (the list may change slightly before the party, but only by 1-2 wines)

All the wines tasted will be for sale by the bottle and case if you find one you love and just have to take home. After the tasting the Wicked Hop is offering $1 off their per glass menu price on all of the wines sampled during the tasting.
