Florence and The Machine is an English indie rock band fronted by ethereal vocalist Florence Welch. Perhaps best known by their hits, 'Dog Days Are Over' and 'Shake It Out,' the Grammy-nominated group, which had to cancel some European tour dates in order to allow Welch's vocal injuries to heal in time for the U.S. tour, is out supporting their latest album, 'Ceremonials.'
