Everybody participating, at 6:32, should be at the fountain.
At exactly 6:32PM all participants should make large groups of no less than 10 people each.
Everyone should then begin making animal noises for exactly 3 minutes.
At 6:35 everybody should then spin in counterclockwise circles away from the fountain and disperse.
