Flag Raising Ceremony June 21, 2010

Flag raising ceremony to be attended by the Deputy Mayor of Rossendale, Councillor Gladys Sandiford and her Consort, Mr James Sandiford. The Deputy Mayor & Consort will be accompanied by Lancashire Deputy Lieutenant Andrew Wilson DL. Also in attendance will be Members and Officers of Rossendale Borough Council.
